This type of services provides a responsible technical system available to the customer to answer all technical failures and malfunctions to offer a full functional working unit to operate continuously covering the following requirements:
- Appointment of technical staff for the stations.
- Appointment of an on call team for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic… job cases of the vessel.
- Designation of a 5 year repair program for whole vessel, engines and subsidiary equipments.
- Major repairs, overhauls and semi overhauls according to available manuals.
- Emergency machinery repairs.
- Docking procedure programming and supervision on underwater repairs (according to IMO rules & regulations).
- Preparing docking procedure repairs and checklists according to classification society.
- Implementation of all required services and 200-12000 hrs scheduled repairs such as measurements, lube oil, filters, pumps, convertors, safety systems, sampling and etc.
- Consultancy and performance in standardizing of machinery room and other equipment.
- Running up of out-of-order machineries.
- Creation job descriptions check lists and instruction manuals for different types of job states.
- Creation of technical records for machineries such as records of services, repairs, replacements, running ours…
- On job, training courses of performance and safety for personnel.
- Forecasting of required parts and subsidiaries for machineries.
- Investigations and supervision of the stations by head office teams.
- Technical and status reports of stations for the owners.
  Furthermore, all above mentioned services will be offered according to international and classification societies codes.
